{SHARING} SPICA 'Painkiller' MV released

Recently, one of the female rookie group named "SPICA" has caught my attention due to their strong vocals abilities. The group debut song "Russian Roulette" is such a nice song with no more aegyo or heavy electronic sound but just powerful, confident, and mature music instruments (voices ^^). This song made me become a fan of SPICA instantly ~ .
Today, they have released new track called "Painkiller" and garnered much attention among netizens as expected. It will be interesting to watch them grow into another great Kpop stars group ^^.

{NEWS} Which Celebs are the Girls′ Generation Members Close To?

Girls’ Generation’s diverse personal connections have been revealed.
On March 26 a post titled, “Girls’ Generation’s Self-Penned Personal Connection” was posted in an online community.
The accompanying picture was found to have been written and revealed by the members themselves on Mnet’s Wide News in the past. 


In particular member Sooyoung wrote the Wonder Girls’ Sun, Super Junior for the ‘idol’ category while she wrote a long list of actors for the ‘top star’ category including Jung Ryeo Won, Kim Ah Joong, Sung Yuri, Cha Tae Hyun and more. 


On the other hand, members Tiffany and Yoona both wrote ‘Girls’ Generation’ for both of their categories as they explained that their closest friends were their own members. 
Yuri brought laughter by writing Song Hye Gyo, Jang Dong Gun, Won Bin for the ‘top star’ category and explaining that she simply wanted to become close to them. 


Netizens commented on the posting saying, “Writing Kim Shin Young for top star? Taeyeon’s so cute”, “Sooyoung is the social butterfly” and other reactions.

{NEWS} Korean all-girl(SNSD) sensation rocks KL

KUALA LUMPUR: The Korean wave hit the nation's capital hard as K-Pop princesses Girls' Generation rocked the Twin Towers @Live 2012 concert.


The South Korean pop group entertained thousands of fans on a specially constructed stage at KLCC, with the majestic Petronas Twin Towers as the stunning backdrop.


Top South Korean band Girls’ Generation belting out a number at the Twin Towers @Live 2012 concert at KLCC in Kuala Lumpur. The nine-member group is also referred to as SoShi or SNSD by fans. The concert last night was held in conjunction with the F1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix this weekend. 
The crowd went wild for Girls' Generation as they performed some of their biggest hits such as Run Devil Run, The Boys and Hoot.


Die-hard K-Pop fans sang along to the mostly Korean songs, enlivening the city centre with their loud vocals.


Also performing at the first of the two-day free-for-all concert, held in conjunction with the Malaysian GP, was former Pussycat Dolls' lead singer Nicole Scherzinger.


She got the crowd to jump up and dance to some of her catchy songs from her solo album.


Top local artistes James Baum, Reshmonu, Elecoldxhot, DJ Nadine and DJ Prem added some Malaysian flavour to the star-studded concert and had the audience going with their energetic performances throughout the night.


Orianthi, the rock guitarist sensation who was selected as Michael Jackson's lead guitarist for his This Is It tour in 2009, will continue the party at the same venue tonight.


She will be rocking the stage with international R&B star Kelis. Also scheduled to perform are Faizal Tahir and DJ Nikki.

{NEWS} Girls' Generation [Schedule] F1 Petronas Malaysian GP 2012 - Mar 23, Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia (Updated Performance clips &pics)

Forget Kylie Minogue. Or Orianthi. Girls' Generation and Nicole Scherzinger are set to pump up the kicks at the Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix 2012 this weekend.

The K-pop band of the moment and the top US pop star are set to take centrestage at Petronas Twin Towers on Friday, the same venue as the cancelled F1 Rocks entertainment extravaganza.
This will be Girls' Generation first ever concert in Malaysia after their successful promotional stint in the US last month.


As for Nicole, she has performed here twice with her former band, The Pussycat Dolls.


Australian pop diva Kylie is a no show following an alleged contractual dispute between Petronas, the chief organiser of the Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix, and Enterprise Entertainment Ltd, the London-based company who owns the F1 Rocks franchise.
Industry sources have told The Daily Chilli authoratively that Girls' Generation and Nicole have just inked the deal to enthrall an estimated 70,000 crowd at the Malaysian F1 concert.


American R&B star Kelis, who was originally scheduled to perform on Saturday, will join the girls on Friday. Talk about more girl power!
The F1 concert is now repackaged as Twin Towers @Live 2012.

Update (March 20, 7PM): Yes, it is official: Twin Towers @Live 2012 will be taking place on March 23 and 24 at the Petronas Twin Towers KLCC with international acts Orianthi, Nicole Scherzinger, Kelis and Girls' Generation scheduled to perform.

Ticket Information
The concert is free to members of the public in the public access area. There are ticketed zones which can be obtained via several channels.


Purchase RM150 worth of merchandise at the 2012 Formula 1™ PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix Showcase at the concourse level of Suria KLCC and be entitled to two (2) Fan Zone tickets. Spend RM300 worth of merchandise and be in the running for four (4) Fan Zones tickets. Tickets are available for both concert days. Subject to availability.


Partial Road Closure Announcement
In preparation for the TWIN TOWERS @LIVE 2012, the concert management in collaboration with the police and Kuala Lumpur City Hall wish to inform of partial road closures along several roads within the immediate vicinity of the concert venue.


The scheduled partial closure will take place from 5.00p.m to 3.00a.m on 23rd and 24th March and will affect the following roads:
1. The intersection of Jalan Ampang and Persiaran KLCC, closest to Maxis Tower
2. Main intersection of Jalan Ampang, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng and Jalan P Ramlee
3. Jalan P Ramlee from the main intersection towards the intersection with Jalan Pinang
4. The intersection of Jalan Pinang and Persiaran KLCC
5. Persiaran KLCC infront of the two towers
